intra mural training

Training given to groups of maximum 8 to 10 participants within one and the same organization are generally given within the customer’s company. They are organized according to the customer ‘s expectations (custom-tailored) and schedule.

The intramural training pertain to approximately sixty themes. They are listed in a synthetic way in the table below and explained in detail with the required objectives further on this page.

For the occasion, during generally two consecutive days, top trainers share and convey their expertise to the participants. On top of the theoretical part, the many exercises obviously give the participants a unique opportunity to improve concretely, gradually and quickly.

A permanent interactivity with the trainer – as part of the exclusive JACOBSON FORMATION ® teaching method  - gives the training a real added-value.

  • The modification of participants’ attitudes and behaviours represents the added-value of COMMUNICATION CENTER INTERNATIONAL. The participants adapt the contents of the training, for example by individually filling in an “application contract” with concrete decisions and commitments.

  • The “application contract” is an extremely useful tool, both for the participant and the employer. If both parties wish, it can indeed be used as part of a true follow-up of the training or as part of a performance and evaluation interview, translating the efforts made by both the participant and the employer into a “win-win” result.
